To whom this may concern:
I hope you are doing well, my name is Betsy Rothman. I started giving back to those in need five years ago after the sudden passing of my 25 year old sister. Helping the homeless is what I call my annual event for giving back to those in need in my local community. We are a group of licensed professional volunteers located in Savannah, Georgia. This year, I am aiming to offer 1000 haircuts, personal carebags, warm meals, nail-care, chair massages and makeovers to the homeless in memory of my sister through the charity organization I created five years ago called Helping the Homeless. Will you donate to help us achieve this goal? I do this to raise awareness for mental health disorders, suicide awareness, sexual assault, anxiety and depression.
Our community is facing issues that “Helping the Homeless” is trying to fix. While we are actively encouraging those in our community to join efforts to help those who couldn’t otherwise afford a warm meal, personal care bag, haircuts, basic nail-care and chair massage. We need your help to make our efforts go even further!
You can help us in giving back to our local community in Savannah, Georgia this year. Your support is crucial to our efforts to help those in need!
